Burlington County District Attorney Scott Coffina and Capt. Ian Bucs, acting director of public safety for the Willingboro Township Police Department, say a 19-year-old man was fatally shot Feb. the parking lot of a shopping center in Willingboro.
The investigation began after officers from the Willingboro Township Police Department were called to Kennedy Plaza in the 400 block of John F. Kennedy Way just after 7:30 p.m. to a report of a shooting.
When they arrived, they found Adam Janson’s body in the parking lot outside a pizzeria. Janson was known to reside in the Burlington City/Burlington Township area. An autopsy will be performed by Burlington County Medical Examiner Dr. Ian Hood.
No arrests were made.
