Department store’s newest outlet in KL is the first to feature a coffee cart

Department store Metrojaya has unveiled its next-generation store for loyal shoppers in downtown LaLaport Bukit Bintang.

True to providing an immersive shopping experience for everyone, the retailer surprises shoppers with an array of exclusive merchandise from brands like Bill Keith, Yani Bakhtiar and Cynthia Tang, some of which are only available at LaLaport Metrojaya.

Strategically located in the heart of downtown Kuala Lumpur, Metrojaya’s next-generation store taps into global trends to meet shoppers’ aspirations for modern living with its lifestyle products that include house brands such as East India Company, Somerset Bay, Cape Cod and Living Quarters.

Metrojaya department store chairman Andrew Khoo Boo Yeow said he is committed to providing the best with each product designed to meet different preferences.

“We are constantly updating our selections and providing our customers with up-to-date products that will complement today’s lifestyles,” he added.

Metrojaya LaLaport will soon be the first store with a cozy coffee cart to improve customer satisfaction, as well as unique Instagrammable spots to capture memorable moments.

Khoo said Metrojaya’s debut in Southeast Asia’s first LaLaport marked a milestone in his journey as a retailer.

“We pay close attention to every detail, and this applies not only to our products but also to the atmosphere we create for our customers.

“We have integrated unique features into our store, the first for Metrojaya.

“The coffee cart will not only allow our customers to relax, but will also encourage them to participate in fun workshops.

“This new feature will be available soon and we invite everyone to be part of the excitement and enjoy their time here with us,” he added.

Metrojaya LaLaport is easily accessible by public transport with access to Hang Tuah LRT and KL Monorail stations.

It is also just a five-minute walk from Merdeka Station on the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line.
