Burlington will open another NJ department store this spring

The Burlington department store opens its 41st store in New Jersey.

The company announced in a press release that it will open a store in Edgewater at 547 River Rd. A spring opening is planned but the exact date has yet to be announced.

Burlington, formerly called Burlington Coat Factory, will occupy a 25,056 square foot building next to Target at Edgewater Commons.

The mall is also home to businesses like ACME, Marshalls, McDonald’s, Old Navy, TJ Maxx, and Starbucks.

Burlington’s department stores offer clothing for all ages at discounted retail prices.

The company opened stores last year in Howell, Ledgewood and Secaucus.

Burlington is based in the Township of Burlington and has nearly 800 locations nationwide.
